Pokemon 1998 Banpresto Character Mail Collection Articuno Light Background Version Postcard

Pokemon 1998 Banpresto Articuno postcard (Light background version). There was 3 versions of this postcard made, all with the same number. One with a light background (bluish color background and dark blue writing), one with a dark background (grayish color background with purple writing), and one prism (holofoil) version. This is a real Japanese postcard that can actually be used (of course it requires a stamp). It was only sold back in 1998 in very limited quantities. It was part of the Banpresto character mail collection (part 1). Out of production.
