Pokemon Center 2009 Present Campaign Chikorita bronze charm. It was given out at the Japan Pokemon Centers in early December, 2009 for about 10 days. If you purchased about $17 worth of charms during the 10 day promotion, you could choose from 5 different charms. Never sold at the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. Only available through the special promotion. It has a clip so that it clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Out of production.
