Pokemon Center 2010 Sapporo 1st Anniversary Cowboy Pikachu, Eevee & Piplup set of 3 charms. Only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2010, for a very limited time. This special anniversary charm set was made to commemorate the Sapporo Pokemon Center's 1st anniversary. Sapporo is the newest Japanese Pokemon Center and is located in Hokkaido, Japan, which is in the very northern part of Japan. They have clips so that they can clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of metal.
