Pokemon Center 2010 Sapporo 1st Anniversary Cowboy Pikachu, Eevee & Piplup large sticker. It was given out at the Pokemon Center if you purchased 3500 yen (about $40) worth of items during a special limited time campaign in March, 2010.  This special anniversary sticker was made to commemorate the Sapporo Pokemon Center's 1st anniversary. Sapporo is the newest Japanese Pokemon Center and is located in Hokkaido, Japan, which is in the very northern part of Japan. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
