Pokemon 2001 Nintendo Gameboy Lugia holofoil promo card. It came inside the 2001 Japanese Nintendo Gameboy Color "Here Comes Team GR" video game, back in March, 2001 (Video game NOT INCLUDED).  Only sold for a limited time at toy stores in Japan, back in 2001. On the middle right side of the card, it has the official Gameboy "GB" promo mark on it. Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
