Pokemon 1999 Nintendo Gameboy Guidebook Venusaur holofoil promo card. It came inside the 1999 Japanese Nintendo Gameboy official guidebook, back in January, 1999 (Guide book NOT INCLUDED).  Only sold for a limited time at book stores in Japan, back in 1999. On the middle right side of the card, it has the official Gameboy "GB" promo mark on it. Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.

Condition: Near mint condition. Never been played with. Has a very very tiny bend on the very tip of one of the corners and a very very small start of a crease on the back side. Very minor, but you can see it if you look really hard.
