Pokemon 2005 Lucario movie theme deck holofoil card. It was only available inside the Lucario VS movie theme deck that was released for the "Mew and Lucario the Wave Hero" movie. It was released in July, 2005, only at the movie theaters in Japan that were showing the Pokemon movie. Then it was released in August, 2005, and was sold at the Pokemon Centers and a handful of toy stores in Japan. Out of production.
