Pokemon 2006 Infernape Empoleon Torterra Mini Card Binder

Pokemon Center 2006 Infernape, Empoleon & Torterra mini card binder. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2006. It opens up like an album.  It is the 2 pocket type mini card binder with 26 pages that each hold 2 cards. You can also put cards on the other side of the page, so it can hold approximately 104 cards. Made of plastic. The number of pages is fixed and pages cannot be added. The 2nd picture shows the back side of the binder. The binder is EMPTY. You put your own cards in the binder. Out of production.
