Pokemon 2003 Mewtwo Charizard Venusaur Blastoise Mini Card Binder

Pokemon Center 2003 Mewtwo, Charizard, Blastoise & Venusaur mini card binder. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2003. It opens up like an album.  It is the 2 pocket type mini card binder with 26 pages that each hold 2 cards. You can also put cards on the other side of the page, so it can hold approximately 104 cards. Made of plastic. The number of pages is fixed and pages cannot be added. The 2nd picture shows the back side of the binder. Out of production.
