Pokemon 1997 Playmat Insert Slowpoke Promo Card #079

Pokemon 1997 Playmat insert Slowpoke promo card. It came inside a playmat set (Playmat NOT INCLUDED).  Only sold for a limited time at the Pokemon Centers and a handful of toy stores in Japan, back in May, 1997. This was the 10th Japanese promo card ever made. Out of production.

Condition: Near mint condition. Never been played with. No noticeable scratches, dents or whitening on edges of card. Has a very very faint crease starting on the back side upper left corner. Very difficult to see. You have to look very closely to see it.
