Pokemon 2009 Battle Tour Tournament prize Heatran 30 card challenge deck. It was given out to players in the 2009 Battle Tour Tournament back in July, 2009, in Japan.  Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. The deck is a mix of cards from different series.
