Pokemon Center 2009 Secret password Lucario giveaway campaign promo card. This card was given out by the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in January, 2009. In order to get it, you had to watch the Pokemon Sunday TV show and listened carefully for the secret password. Then if you went to the Pokemon Center and said the secret password, you received this card. The card says "Secret Sunday" in Japanese on the middle right side of the card. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
