Pokemon 2009 Daisuki Fan Club Pikachu holofoil promo card. It was a prize given out to Japanese Pokemon Daisuki (means "I Love Pokemon" in Japanese) Club members, back in 2009. "Daisuki Fan Club" replaced the "Players Club" in 2009. You received "AP" points by going to events, playing in tournaments, entering contests, answering surveys, quizzes, etc. When you reached the 1200 AP point level, you were awarded this card.

It was only available to Japanese residents. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. It comes sealed in a plastic wrapper in a paper folder with an energy card.
