Pokemon 2001 ANA Airlines Larvitar promo card. It was only given out as a present when you flied on ANA (All Nippon Airways) Airlines in Japan, back in 2001, only during a very limited campaign. It was originally part of a 2 card set that came in a folder, but you will receive the Larvitar card only (Folder NOT INCLUDED). Never for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, or anyplace else.
