Pokemon 2001 Nintendo Space World Theme Park Celebi promo card. This card was given away if you went to Nintendo Space World theme park in Kokura, Japan, back in August, 2001.   It came inside a magazine with a questionaire on the back. It is still sealed in the plastic pouch and attached to the paper it came on (magazine NOT INCLUDED). Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. Out of production.
