Pokemon 1998 Exhange Please Campaign Venusaur holofoil promo card. This promo card was originally part of the Torikae (means "exhange" in Japanese) campagin, that lasted from February to July, 1998. This card looks almost identical to the Gameboy promo card, but on the middle right side of the card, it has a "lightning" promo mark instead of the "GB" promo mark (see "additional images" for a closeup of the promo mark). The identical card was again released in a Pikachu CD sometime in 1999. Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
