Pokemon 1999-2000 Grand Party holofoil promo card. This card was only available to Japanese players who were lucky enough to win the lottery at the Champion Road Tournament, back in January, 2000. In order to be eligible to receive this card, players must have completed their Challenge Passport card. After battling 50 players and documenting the names and dates in your Challenge Passport, then you would become eligible to win this card in the lottery that was held at the 2000 Champion Road Tournaments in Japan. The lucky winners of the lottery received the card. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. Out of production.
